1999 DOMAINE BECQUET Canterbury Port, Lodi Made From Merlot grapes with French style brandy. 19% alcohol, yet is very smooth and delicious. Dark cherry and black currant flavors. Great with dark chocolates. About $22 375ml                          03/21/05                        Steve 2001 DOMAINE BECQUET Muscat, Lodi Fruity with melon and pear flavors. Very clean and fresh with 6% residual sugar. Great pastry & dessert wine. Best Of Class In Region at the California State Fair. About $12 375ml                    03/22/05                        Steve 2002 DOMAINE BECQUET Cab-Shiraz, Lodi Deep ruby red color, full bodied, yet smooth with a nice lingering finish. Fresh cherry and black fruit flavors in a very easy drinking wine. About $28                        03/21/05                        Steve DOMAINE BECQUET Mountain Gate Red N/V A blend of Sangiovese and Syrah. The aromas of this deep red wine are earthy followed by flavors of cherries and raspberries with a hint of spice. Very smooth and a great food wine.
