A very smooth wine, yet with the structure to cellar for several years.
Wonderful aromas and dark berry fruit flavors that linger on the palate.
Let it breathe for a while and this wine will really open up. This first
effort from winemaker Ryan Waugh is sure to please and might establish
this small producer as a player in the world of Cult Cabs. Only
420 cases produced.

A fruity offering with flavors of blackberries and raspberries with
blueberry notes. The finish lingers on the palate and the fruit just
keeps coming through. Only 275 cases produced.

CELLARS Sauvignon Blanc - Susy's Cuvee, St. Helena
  
100% Sauv Blanc, barrel fermented and aged on the lees. Vinified in more
of a Chardonnay
style, but still retains its varietal characteristics. Melon aromas with
grassy notes followed melon & tropical fruit flavors with a slightly
tart citrus finish. Only 250 cases produced.

Pear & apples flavors with a buttery
mouthfeel from the oak fermentation and aging on the lees. Complex
flavors that are followed by a crisp acidity. Big enough to pair
with grilled steaks, chicken or seafood. Only 300 cases produced.
