Cotes du Roussillon &
Cotes du Roussillon-Villages:
Heavy red wines with a very deep color, fruity, fragrant ros wines

Fleshy reds with a ruby color, suitable for aging.

  Very full-bodied, fiery red wines of Banyuls

Soft, supple reds suitable for aging, fine fruity ross &  dry white wines

Balnquette du Limoux:
The oldest sparkling wine in France, is light, fruity & rich, with a pleasing bouquet.

Coteaux du Languendoc:
This appellation produces fifteen different crus, including Saint-Chinian, a red  with 
characteristic scents of pine, and Picpoul de Pinet, a  fruity dry white wine.

Costires de Nmes:
  Light & fruity reds, dry,  vigorous ross, and a white wine under the appellation
Clairette de Bellegarde.

Vin doux naturels:
Wines that retain most of their natural sugar due to the addition of alcohol before fermentation. 
The reds, rarer and more suited to cellaring, have a ruby color.
The whites, from the Muscat grape are  gold in color and should be enjoyed young.

Vin de Pays d'Oc:
The elite table wines from this region. They are full-bodied, fruity wines and
represent excellent value.
