1995 CHATSFIELD Shiraz,
Mount Barker
Enticing minty, herbal aromas grudgingly reveal some fruit, but only in the
background. Flavors reverse with tart fruit dominating, eventually
revealing herbal tones. Very soft body with nice
acidity. Interesting wine, but way too pricey. Save
your money and go for the Rosemount.
