1998 CALLAWAY COASTAL
Merlot
With
the characteristic merlot flavors of black cherry and blackberries this
wine started with an acidic rush that quickly mellowed into a softer,
full-bodied more merlot like wine. Not bad but we weren't blown away by
Callaway's newest offering, a blend of grapes from their vineyards in
the Central Coast and Temecula. About $11 01/15/01
