bouquet of dark, ripe fruit with a gamy, smoky, earthy edge,
translates perfectly onto the palate. Light bodied, with
modest tannins, the fruit turns tart at mid palate but ripens
on the ample finish. This unusual flavor progression keeps
things interesting.
