1993 MARQUES DE ARIENZO Rioja Crianza
Spanish
red shows enticing and lovely colors of brownish burgundy. The
nose is complex: dried fruit, raisins, butter, butterscotch,
and leather. Fermented fruit, butterscotch, and burnt butter
flavors are carried in its light body, although somewhat
restrained. Tannins are soft but the finish leaves a little
bit to be desired.
