1997 WHITE OAK Meyers Limited Reserve Red Blend, Sonoma
Dark
ripe berries, with an herbal edge, and a note of tobacco emanate from
the pronounced bouquet and carry over onto the palate with concentration
and intensity. It is full bodied with a dark ruby color, and
reveals firm and chewy tannins that soften with time into smooth and
silky chocolate and vanilla flavors. Blended from 50% Merlot, 25%
Cabernet Franc and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, we recommend airing this
skull rattler before service.
