a wine that will surely put the professed Sauvignon Blanc lover to the
test. This thing is so true to its Loire Valley varietal roots that its
like drinking canned asparagus. Very forward aromatics forewarn the palate
of what is to come. Herbal, grassy notes riding on a backbone of jazzy
grapefruit flavors drive home the message: This is classic Sauvignon
Blanc. Not finessed with late picked ripe fruit, rather it is packed
with plenty of greenness for those of us who love the genre.
