Valley of the Moon Winery
2001 VALLEY OF THE MOON Pinot Blanc, Sonoma County
Aromas of Bartlett pear, with notes of lanolin and minerals, offer up a pleasant nose. Its light bodied with crisp citrus joining the ripe pear flavors. Although its not an overly elegant effort, chill it off and serve it with oysters on the half shell.
