1997 VALLEY OF THE MOON
Cuvee De La Luna,
Sonoma
Earthy,
leathery nuances mingled with dark fruit aromas mark the nose on this
Bordeaux faux. Fairly ripe fruit flavors of dark plums and berries are
joined on the palate by a touch of vanilla. The body is medium, the
tannins are light and it winds down with a tidy little finish. Nothing
wrong here but a tough sell at its price point.
