A
big, promising nose of creamy vanilla, honey, orange/lemon citrus with a
note of tropical pineapple gets your hopes up for this California Chard.
The attack is a grapefruit citrus flavor followed by some tart spiciness
in the moderately lingering, slightly bitter, finish. Unfortunately,
what it misses are butter, vanilla, honey or more of the fruit flavors.
