Toad Hollow Vineyards
1997 TOAD HOLLOW Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley
Light
to medium bodied, complex flavors and aromas of dark berries, earth, oak
and raisins abound in this Pinot, followed by a flash of butter. It
developed a lovely creamy vanilla finish after 24 hours of aeration.
Because of rather harsh tannins, we recommend drinking this youngster
now only after decanting
and airing. 8/28/98
