Sebastiani Sonoma Cask Vineyards
1995 SEBASTIANI Cabernet
Sauvignon, Sonoma County
Interesting
aromas of dark fruit, along with suggestions of mint, leather and
raisins command some attention. Dark fruit carries into the flavors, but
not much more. Tannins are firm and a little chewy and, though it
is simple, it is a drinkable wine. Just don't pay too much for it.
