Oh,
what a bouquet! Ripe red fruit aromas exhibit notes of smoke, cedar, sweet
toasted coconut, coffee, cola and mocha. The aromatics persist as the
palate is showered with glorious ripe fruit flavors, making for delicious
sipping. The body is medium, the tannins are soft, and yummy mocha and
vanilla shadings ride onto a triumphant finish. From a small boutique
winery that produced only 225 cases of this heady stuff, it just begs for
a bit more weight on the palate.
