1997 DRY CREEK VINEYARD
Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma
Sweet
smelling dark fruit aromas are framed by elements of earth, candle wax,
spice and smoke. Ripe black cherry flavors are revealed on the palate,
remaining plump and juicy onto the finish, which lingers nicely. With
interesting complexity on the nose, in the mouth the flavors end up
fairly simple.
