1995 CH, SOUVERAIN Chardonnay, Sonoma County
Attractive
pale platinum colors carry pronounced butter and herbal aromas in this
California white. Fruity melon and pear flavors are married with
some nice citrus acidity. The finish is honey, vanilla and butter,
with a little bitterness, no doubt from significant exposure to wood.
