1999 STEVENOT Chardonnay,
Sierra Foothills
Ripe
peach and apple flavors, laced with smoky oak and cedar notes, show up at
mid palate and ride onto the finish. Nothing overly intense or rich here
but, in some mysterious way, it comes across a bit differently than most
California Chards. And it is at a price point that makes it interesting.
