1998 CHATOM VINEYARDS
Sauvignon Blanc, Calaveras County
Aromas and flavors of green apple and
pear with a smoky, soft edge. The bouquet is modest but the flavors
intensify on the finish. Very tasty and understated, it obviously spent
some time with wood.
