Zaca Mesa Winery

1997 ZACA MESA Cuvee Z, Santa Barbara County Aromas of ripe blueberries and sweet violets, with a touch of new oak, quickly get your attention. Plump ripe fruit flavors give the palate a nice long ride onto a superb lasting finish, picking up some spice along the way. A medium body offers up soft, sweet tannin, making this a lip smacking mouthful. Grenache 51%, Mourvedre 22%, Syrah 12%, Cinsaut 10%, Counoise 5%.  About $13.      01/02/01
