2001 ST. INNOCENT Pinot Noir White Rose Vineyard
The bouquet is composed of ripe red
fruit scents, augmented by suggestions of lavender and purple flowers, with a
backdrop of wispy smoke. The palate is of raspberries and strawberries, not
overly ripe, showing plenty of acidity. Here is a wine designed to accompany
lighter red meat, salmon and wild fowl.
