1997 KING ESTATE Pinot Gris,
Oregon
Pear,
apple and lemon lime aromas are joined on the palate by a note of
tropical pineapple. While not buttery, it reveals a softness at mid
palate, turning crisp on the finish. Light bodied, with enough
complexity to keep it interesting, it shows a little flaw, a bit of
residual bitterness. Around $13. 12/26/99
