The
bouquet promises richness and offers up leesy bread dough aromas tinged
with lemon lime citrus notes. The flavors are intense, offbeat and long,
showing lots of honey and vanilla, along with a metallic mineral edge.
Factor out the tin can thing and you could have an appealing Chardonnay.
