2000 TALOMAS Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah, California
The Cab/Syrah wine exhibits ripe black fruit flavors, delivered in a medium body with
soft tannins. The nose is weak, nearly non-existent, accompanied by modest length
and complexity. Nevertheless, it is a properly crafted red, without much of the Syrah
character coming through. The result is something similar to its Cab/Merlot brother.
