2000 TALOMAS Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot, California
This new collaboration between California's Mondavi Winery and Australia's
Rosemount employs the wine making skills of both houses and fruit taken from the vast Mondavi holdings up and down the state of California. The Cabernet/Merlot
offering is easy-drinking, with plenty of ripe plum and cherry fruit. There's not much on
the nose, but it's technically AOK, with a medium body and modest tannins.
