classic Napa Cab offers up aromas of sweet, dark fruit that carry a
distinctive edge of freshly turned earth. A medium body yields flavors of
ripe dark berries and cherries while the finish shows firm tannins, with a
strong suggestion of sweet oak and bakers chocolate. And the tannins
literally beg for char grilled beef or roasted rack of lamb.
