A sturdy, workman-like Merlot, presents a bouquet of dark, ripe fruit with a smoky, earthy overlay. Soft and medium bodied, smoky, oaky flavors join the generous fruit on the palate, giving way to oaky vanilla flavors on the ample finish. Nice complexity.
