1995 GOOSECROSS Cabernet Sauvignon,

Medium
bodied with a somewhat closed fruity nose. Flavors are of
unripe tart, dark berries, carrying tones of herbal eucalyptus and
menthol. Tannins are fairly well resolved but the slightly
astringent nature of the wine is a turn off. And at around $35,
you want more than this. Perhaps time will improve it.
