Oak
here, oak there, oak everywhere. Oak dominates the nose, leaving only a
little room for tropical fruit and vanilla to squeeze by. Soft and
buttery, almost flabby, a little spice shows up on the palate, followed
by a monster honey and butterscotch finish that just keeps going and
going. This wine is driven by oak and just begs for some cleansing
citrus notes. Almost over the top, it's an oak lover's dream.
