1997 ELYSE Syrah Napa Valley Stunning bouquet! Loads of rich dark ripe fruit, laced with fragrances of creamy vanilla. It progresses from the spicy fruit to intense vanillin. The flavors are the same, intense, highly extracted, deep, rich flavors of black cherries and ripe plums, with more creamy vanilla at mid palate. Expensive and worth it. About $35.      07/21/00
