Elliott Winery

1997 ELLOITT Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Rich, plump ripe fruit, candied berries and cherries, with herbs and smoke, accompanied by knock out aromatics (fresh mown grass). Tannins firm up on the finish, but the flavors literally gush in the mouth. With all that body and smoke, it begs for a char grilled medium rare steak or lamb chop.   About $30.    07/20/00
