2000 ECHELON Cabernet Sauvignon, California
From Chalone comes this value label Cabernet. Its light bodied with firm
tannins, but it is a well made little Cab with a just a bit of acidity joining
earthy fruit flavors. Delicious chocolate and vanilla notes emerge on a most
surprising finish, giving the wine lots of interest and character. A great
value red.
