Silver Decoy Winery is located at the eastern tip of Mercer County, New
Jersey, an area whose roots are well-established in the farming industry.
Our seven partners believe the unique terroir of central NJ produces grapes
with distinct flavor characteristics capable of making exciting wines. Our
goal is to become a premier producer of high quality east coast wines.
