Intense aromas and flavors of spearmint envelop essences of black cherries and plums.  The attack is pure spearmint, which grudgingly yields to the pronounced fruit flavors.  Soft and silky in the mouth, spearmint and cherry flavors linger on the palate, making you want more.  Hours of aeration   really opens this lovely up.  Be patient. It's worth the wait!         02/20/99
