An
appealing strawberry and blueberry bouquet carries a meaty, gamy edge.
Fruit flavors start out ripe, then get riper on the lasting finish,
turning slightly herbal, with some smoke and cedar notes stopping by for
a visit. A nice little bit of acidity also shows up on the finish but
the fruit remains sweet. Nice complexity makes this interesting.
