1995 PARDUCCI Chardonnay, North Coast  Complex aromas and flavors run rampant here. Vanilla, honey, citrus and smoke greet you, along with a buttery spiciness. The flavors keep right up.   Apple, pear, and melon are brought together with an overlay of spice. A flash of citrus is followed by a finish of honeyed fruit, cinnamon and clove.
