Fetzer Vineyards

 

2000 FETZER Chardonnay, Monterey County, Five Rivers Ranch Delightful aromas of pineapple and lime zest emanate from the glass, carrying along notes of fruit cocktail. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, lots of Granny Smith apple flavors show up, accompanied by more of the lime zest. The body is light, without much richness, and is really comprised of a number of simple flavors. But, there they are and you cant miss them. Chill this up and serve on a hot summers day.
