Modest
green apple and peach aromas give way to herbs and grass. Green
apple dominates mid palate and lemon citrus resides on the finish. Quite
crisp and flinty, what is missing is complexity and concentration of
flavor, particularly quince and gooseberry notes.
And, at $16, the
inescapable conclusion is one glass.
