This New Zealand White shows light greenish platinum color Classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc Nose: pronounced herbal, vegetal scents. Tart citrus and pear flavors, somewhat spicy, with suggestions of licorice or fennel. Long spicy grapefruit citrus finish, quite crisp and flinty.
