Shalistin is a new grape variety developed in the Cleggett family vineyards
at Langhorne
Creek, South Australia. 2000 saw the first release Shalistin wine hit the
market. It is a
classy, dry white wine with lingering fruit. Great with seafood, chicken and
Asian food.
