Things
start out with a faint briny citrus nose. Then citrus and green apple hit
the palate. Without much zip, the brine gets transformed to minerals,
maybe slate and talc. Its kind of soft and kind of short, but its a
fun little wine with plenty of interest. At $10 retail it comes off a bit
pricey.
