Superiore Ripassa
A
complex bouquet of dark skinned plum, bakers chocolate and cigar box
aromas precede moderately ripe fruit flavors on the palate. The tannins
get firm on the finish, where nuances of cedar and more of the unsweetened
chocolate are revealed, both hanging on pleasantly. About $16 08/23/01
