1994 GIACOMO CONTERNO Barbera

Medium
bodied Italian red from Piedmont district has nice nose of fruit and a
hint of caramel. Its fruity flavors are followed by a pleasant
lingering finish. Good acidity, typical of Italian wines, suggests
that this wine is food friendly. A bit pricey, though.
