a region near Rome, this largest producer of Frascati offers up a
demure, little tasty white that carries lime/orange citrus and tart
apple flavors with a subtle mineral edge. Slightly floral with
suggestions of almond blossom, it's all built on a zingy, spritzy citrus
backbone. Where's the oysters?
