1999 DOMAINE PAUL BLANCK Riesling
"Classique"
Mineral,
slate and spearmint flavors bathe the palate, presented in a round, soft
body without any perceptible acidity. The spearmint element greets you on
the nose, but in a very restrained manner. An unusual aroma and flavor,
the spearmint thing carries some interest but doesnt last long enough
on the finish to carry the wine at its price point.
