1997 PASCAL JOLIVET Sancerre
Monochromatic flavors of tart lemon citrus are predominant in this Loire
Valley white from a reputable producer. Yes, there were the hallmark aromas of
herbs and grass found in the classic French Sauvignon Blanc, but they were
subdued and did not jump out. All in all, and for the price, we were
disappointed.
