1997 BLANC DE LYNCH-BAGES Bordeaux
Very
understated and subtly complex, with a light to medium body that turns
soft on the palate. Modest bouquet of smoke and burnt butter, with a
suggestion of ripe apple and tropical fruit in the background, is joined
by a flash of honey on the palate. All yields to tart lemon lime citrus
on the ample finish.
