1997 KEUNTZ-BAS
Pinot Blanc Alsace

Spicy,
nutty citrus flavors lead the way, turning surprisingly soft and supple
in the mouth. The faint, but pleasant, floral citrus fragrances, first
encountered, belie what is to come. The spiciness carries into the
finish, picking up honey and tropical fruit notes as it fans over the
palate, making you beg for another sip. The French, in Alsace, make
sophisticated wine.
This one of them.
