Classic
Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry and quince abound, joined by pear and
apple, yielding to lots of herb and grass on the finish. A backbone of
citrus provides a sturdy body, adding refreshing spritzy overtones.
Delicious, but pricey.
