Baron Philippe de Rothschild

1999 BARON PHILIPPE DE ROTHSCHILD  Escudo Rojo, Maipo, Chile Aromas and flavors of earthy dark berry fruit are embellished by notes of rich black coffee. Medium bodied with moderate, but firm, tannins, the fruit flavors are bright but, overall, the wine is more or less straightforward, lacking much excitement.  Price Unknown.                    10/09/01              Tom
